At GO SPORT EGYPT, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the sports gear back in its original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and the invoice is included.

  Courier Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a pickup from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 working days.
