What are your delivery times within Egypt?
We offer standard delivery within 2-4 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3-6 business days for other governorates across Egypt.
Can I return or exchange my sports gear?
Yes, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and premium installment plans through ValU.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, GO SPORT EGYPT only ships to addresses within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
